Terms & Conditions
1. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any conditions whatsoever of the buyer whether implied or expressed.
2. No variation waiver or addition to these conditions will be accepted by the Company.
3. Electrifying Deals reserves the right to vary prices at any time. Prices are inclusive of value added tax or applicable duties.
4. Prices quoted do not include delivery charges which the buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Company.
5. Electrifying Deals will attempt to meet the buyers reasonable delivery requirements but delivery dates quoted are approximate and time shall not be of the essence.
6. The buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and notify Electrifying Deals without delay of any items which are missing or damaged.
7. The goods will remain the property of Electrifying Deals until the company has received payment in full.
8. If any goods sold by Electrifying Deals are proved to be defective, (provided they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, or where the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect) and Electrifying Deals is satisfied that such defect is not as a result of damage, misuse or incorrect installation by the buyer Electrifying Deals shall at its sole discretion and subject to satisfactory proof of purchase either:
a) Arrange for the goods to be repaired at no cost to the buyer or
b) Replace the goods (or the part in question) or
c) Refund to the buyer the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price) and in any case Electrifying Deals shall have no further liability to the buyer. The statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected.
9. An order may only be cancelled with Electrifying Deals agreement and the buyer will reimburse Electrifying Deals for all losses, costs, charges and expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
10. Electrifying Deals does not supply goods on a sale or return basis and there is no obligation on Electrifying Deals to accept returned goods. “

- transmitting material that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any laws, regulations or codes of practice;
- interfering with any other persons access, use of or enjoyment of the website;
- damaging, disabling or impairing the operation of this website or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website or to networks connected to it, through hacking, spoofing or other such similar means.
Price Policy
16. All of our prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax. Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is completely accurate. If any errors appear, we will correct them as soon as possible. We regret that in the very unlikely possibility that errors appear in prices, it will not be possible to honour mistaken information. If a product is shown at a price lower than it's actual price, we will at our discretion cancel the order and inform you of the cancellation or contact you for further instructions. We may offer the option to pay the difference between the lower price and the actual price. We may arrange for a substitute item of the correct price to be supplied to you. You are of course entitled to reject this substitute item in which case we will arrange to refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible. If the order has been shipped, you will be required to pay the difference between the lower price and the actual price or alternatively you can return the product with all packaging and paperwork at your expense.”

Delivery Terms
We regret that we cannot accept orders for and make deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery shall be within a reasonable time. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to you, you will be responsible for them. When we deliver the goods we will require you to sign for them. Title in the goods will pass on delivery. Should you return the goods pursuant to conditions set out under these terms and conditions, then title in the goods shall revert to us when you return the goods to us.
